To develop and provide competitive experience among promising young male and female track riders.
To assist such riders principally in the pursuit of their ambitions to achieve Olympic /World/ National class and championship status.
To provide a development programme for those aims.
To create a surplus of funds to be administered and distributed via the Advisory Board
